Team Assignment 1 – Team Project Details and SWOT Analysis

Provide your team’s choice of company and your rationale as to why this company was chosen. One or two paragraphs for this will be adequate.

Also, based on your knowledge of what a SWOT analysis is and how to construct one, create a SWOT analysis for your team’s chosen business.

• While all team members should contribute to this assignment, it will be submitted as a team effort.
• Be sure to have at least three arguments or examples for each part of the SWOT analysis.
• Your SWOT analysis can be submitted as a table with cells for each part of the analysis or just a bulleted list of each SWOT analysis category.
• This will be submitted as a group assignment, so only one person needs to submit. Choose a team member to take responsibility for the submission.
• Submit the completed assignment to the Team Assignment 1 dropbox by midnight February 22, 2026.
