Team Assignment 1 – Team Charter/Contract

Each team will submit their Team charter/contract for review. Look at the examples provided of a team charter and team roles.

• Remember that this is an agreement between all team members that specifies what team members will do, how the team will function and communicate, and the ways in which the team will deal with situations (both positive and negative) that will impact the team. Your charter/contract should be as comprehensive as possible so it can function as a road map for your team in going forward. Be sure to include the team roles you will employ and who will manage them for the team.
• This will be submitted as a group assignment, so only one person needs to submit. Choose a team member to take responsibility for the submission.
• Submit the completed assignment to the Assignment 1 dropbox by midnight September 29, 2024.
